Industrial
Parks
The White Earth Reservation makes it a priority to
collaborate and build strong economic relationships with all
three counties, Becker, Mahnomen, and Clearwater. As
such, new endeavors have been initiated that involve the
creation of new jobs and businesses. Targeting new
opportunities that fit into the communities themselves,
White Earth has worked with state, city, and tribal leadership to build
in areas identified for business growth including industrial
parks. By working together, White Earth is seeing positive
growth happen for everyone involved.

The City of Mahnomen offers free
land to any manufacturing business in its industrial
park. Located conveniently off Highway
59, our 80 acre industrial park offers broad
band internet access and public water and sewer. The
entire industrial park is also located in a Jobz Zone.
In addition, to free land the City can offer tax
abatement, tax increment financing, New Market Tax
Credits and a host of other economic
development tools. Furthermore, being located
on the White Earth Reservation can also open up
other federal and state economic development
incentives not possible anywhere else. In
addition, new and existing businesses and
manufacturers can take advantage of the city's
revolving loan fund.
The
Mahnomen
Industrial Park
is located on the easterly edge of the City on
East Adams Avenue.
Adams Avenue
is a ten ton road with all the services needed, such
as water, sewage, storm drainage, high speed
internet and electrical.
East Adams Avenue
connects with the
White Earth College Road
which curves through the River Land Housing
Development and the new White Earth Veteran’s
Center.
